Level 3 Parkour class is for the students whom have mastered the Level 2 course skills. Students will learn how to combine moves to create good transitioning from obstacle to obstacle. Flips with added twists such as a back, side, and front lip ( 180 and 360).

Flips off of walls such as a wallflip. (Backflip off a wall)

Extension of moves such as double vaults ( kong, saftey, dash, lazy and reverse) into precision jumps or into other combinations. Different applications of moves learned.

EGS Parkour Clinic

Join us for our EGS Parkour Clinic!

Pre-Registration is required.

Secure your spot in our limited Parkour Clinics! We are offering our Parkour Evening Clinics on Second Saturdays of the month starting in September!  The first 5 minutes will consist of a structured warm-up followed by basic safety instructions by our EGS Instructor. The following time the instructor will have instruction time for those Parkour enthusiasts interested. The gym is open for unstructured Parkour practice after the 5 minute warm-up with safety instructions.Instructions session participation is optional.The Parkour waiver must be completed in order to participate.

Parkour Clinic is from 6:30-8:30 PM and is $15.00 per person.

At the door registration is possible and will still require waiver completed and the cost is $20.00 per person.

Clinics are second Saturday of the month.

Level 2 Parkour is for those athletes who understand the fundamental skills of the sport and can perform them with ease. A major component of this class involves the improvement and adaptation of basic skills from Level 1. Participants will learn how to combines kills to create a flow of movement and transition smoothly from one obstacle to another. Additionally, participants in this class will learn how to apply the skills they learned in the gym to the outside environment. To participate in this class, participants must demonstrate a prerequisite set of skills. In this class, the following skills will be taught: Basic Flips (front, back & side), introduction to Wall Techniques, introduction to Bar (basic swinging techniques).

​ Level 1 Parkour is designed to teach the foundations of the sport, including body awareness, control and natural movement. There are no prerequisites to participate in the Level 1 class, all skill levels are welcome to join.​ Participants will learn: Parkour Rolls, Basic Vaults & Variations (including: Safety, Speed, Lazy, Kong, Dash), and Precision Jumps.

Parkour, otherwise known as the art of movement, is the discipline of moving efficiently from point A to point B as quickly as possible. Not only does the sport require you to overcome physical obstacle through creative movement, there are also mental obstacles to overcome. While Parkour typically takes place outdoors, practicing in the gym provides a safe learning environment for Traceurs (Parkour Athletes) to learn new skills and become confident in doing them.
